May to June 12:  Celebrate our 53rd year of business.  Enjoy a preseason visit to any of our rentals for $53 off regular rates - Established as the Black Horse Motor Court in 1957 by the Graton family, the Smith family proudly continues the warm hospitality and looks forward to the opportunity of introducing you to the beauty of Squam Lake.

June 12 to June 19:  NH Motorcycle week and we still have a few rentals left that we would love to offer at special rates.  Please call for details or email us.

July and August:  For the first time in our history, we would like to offer a summer monthly rate for “Cottage Suites”, our two room family apartments.  Rent one of our Suites for the entire month for $1800 + NH tax and use it every day or every weekend.  Rent the suite for both months (July and August) for $3000 + NH tax.  This is an economical way of spending the summer on Squam Lake.  Add the month of September (one of the very nicest months) for an additional $750 + NH tax.  This includes a boat slip on our dock.

Fun Packages

Family Camp Adventure Package: starting at $295 + NH tax for a two night stay in one of our cottage suites (two room family apartment).   Families will arrive to 4 envelopes outlining self guided tasks that need to be completed by the end of their stay.  These activities promise to optimize family togetherness and are designed to improve communication between all members (recommended ages 5 and older – but left to your discretion).  At the end of the stay, families will be rewarded with a gift that will remind them of their adventure.

Couples Adventure Package: designed to offer opportunities for partners to improve communication, reconnect in all areas.  Upon checking in, couples will receive four tasks to complete during their stay that will stimulate conversation and creativity!  Two nights including a special gift at the time of check out for only $195 + NH tax.   This is a spin on your typical romantic getaway so consider this for a special celebration gift.

Celebrate your birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, family traditions at the Cottage Place! Consider one of our individual Cottages or Cottage Suites decorated for your arrival and ready for a surprise romantic getaway, birthday or anniversary. The Lodge is perfect for larger family or group celebrations. We are happy to work with you to create the perfect celebration or surprise.
