The countdown is on for Squam Fest: A Witchy Weekend

The countdown is on for Squam Fest: A Witchy Weekend, and this year promises to be bigger, brighter, and more magical than ever. Whether you’re looking for family fun, a taste of local creativity, or just a crisp autumn escape, this is the weekend you don’t want to miss. Bring your family, your friends, and yes, your dog too, and dive into a weekend full of music, food, crafts, and festive fall fun.

Seasonal Fun for the Whole Family

Get ready to roll up your sleeves for Pumpkin Carving, sponsored by NH Broadband. Whether you carve a spooky jack-o’-lantern or a whimsical creation, it’s fun for all ages. And don’t miss Trick or Treating throughout the event, sponsored by Meredith Village Savings Bank. Kids and adults alike can wander from booth to booth, collecting goodies while discovering the treasures of local makers.

Looking for something a little grown-up? Free Spirits Mobile Bar will be serving handcrafted specialty cocktails designed just for the weekend. From spooky to sweet to seasonal, there’s a drink for every mood, ready to sip as you enjoy the festivities.

Delicious Eats to Satisfy Every Craving

Squam Fest is a food lover’s dream. Buns on The Run will be serving hearty favorites like steak and cheese, tacos, smash burgers, hot dogs, mac and cheese, and grilled or crispy chicken cutlets. Lure Mobile Bistro brings gourmet twists with duck confit poutine, mac n cheese bites, sliders, bratwursts, fish and chips, and crispy Brussels sprouts. Craving pizza? The Free Spirits Mobile Pizza Truck has you covered. And don’t forget to refresh with Apple Cider from Merrill Family Farm and fresh Lemonade from The Lively Lemon.

Shop, Discover, and Explore

Step Into the Coven Lounge

At Squam Fest: A Witchy Weekend, the Coven Lounge, brought to you by Just Right Events, invites you to relax and recharge in a magical setting. Beneath glowing lanterns and celestial tapestries, guests can unwind, enjoy cozy seating, and explore two connected tents. One is designed for relaxation and the other is filled with witchy games, tarot readings, and mystical surprises. Visitors can also step into the photo booth to dress the part in cloaks and hats or try their luck with games like Riddle of the Coven for a chance to win treats and prizes.

Stay & Shop or Stay & Sell

Make the most of the weekend with two amazing ways to participate:

  • Stay & Shop – Book your stay at Cottage Place and step right into the festival from your cabin. Wake up to serene lake views, grab a morning coffee, and start your day immersed in the magic of Squam Fest.
  • Stay & Sell – Local makers, artists, and small business owners can become vendors, stay on-site, and showcase their work in a vibrant, supportive environment.
